I made 2 purchases in the last month from this site. 1st order was of akoya earrings and FW pearl necklace. Strangely, upon using affirm to pay, it automatically charged me $35 (international shipping) for domestic free 2-day. It was resolved though when I contacted the company, and Celene helped me. Professional, quick and easy. The akoya were not as round as my other akoyas, but for the price I kept them along with the necklace.

The major issues were with the second order - and with Stephanie -which was of baroque South Sea pearl earrings. The site, again, automatically charged me $20 for shipping when I had clearly clicked on free 2-day shipping. When I finally got a hold of someone after a couple days, Stephanie was the one to "help." She was telling me how I had clearly chosen the shipping. When I mentioned it didn't even let me review the order when I used affirm, she said because it is affirm's fault, she will refund me the $20. Seemed a bit odd to claim I had clearly chosen that shipping method when I did not. But I got my refund, and was waiting for the earrings. When I got the earrings, I found a brown dot in the concaved ring of the pearl. I called for a replacement, and Stephanie was on the phone again - she asked me to rub it off and see if it would come off, and claimed it would not damage the pearls. No, I'm not going to rub off my pearl to get some dot out from a concave area, so I sent them back for an exchange. Got a phone call from the same person, and she said they don't see any dot on the pearl, and started to explain to me about baroque pearls and their irregularities. Yes, I know about baroque pearls, but I don't want a brown dot. Then she claimed they don't have any other pearls without dots although the other pearl of the pair didn't have any, and she had just told me this pearl did not have a dot. And suddenly now the pearls all have dark pits? Why so contradictory. When I asked her whether they can match the other one of the pair with no dots, she just said that she cannot see anything wrong with it. By this point, I wanted a refund - she stated they will give me a refund but that they hope this doesn't deter me from shopping again. After such experience, of course I will not shop here again. What an unpleasant and very unhelpful "service." Good luck trying to buy to your liking at this store!

I'd read reviews saying that the jewelry was smaller than expected, but the buyer was happy with the purchase. I could see in the photos that the jewelry had been superimposed on the model--she's not actually wearing it, they just placed a picture of of the jewelry on the picture of the model, so I knew it might not be quite accurate in its size. When mine arrived, however, it was so miniscule that I had a hard time recognizing that it was, in fact, what I'd ordered! The "pave" diamonds were just a glint--a mere sparkle, NOT even recognizable as a diamond. It was approximately one-eighth (no joke) of the actual size I'd expected, and, remember, I was expecting it to be slightly smaller. The quality was SUPER cheap, the product not as represented or advertised, and the pearls did not appear to be genuine, and I cannot emphasize enough how small in comparison to the representations on the website that the jewelry was! I was shocked! And for the price?! They are praying on unsophisticated and uninformed buyers. Thank goodness I'd done enough research to know better than to accept this product for what it was! I was treating myself to both earrings and a pendant as a birthday present to myself so my disappointment was profound, indeed. Please steer clear of this seller--there is NO WAY you will be anything but disappointed. I walked away feeling cheated in everyway. The only good thing I can say about this company is that I was promptly refunded my money upon their return receipt of the jewelry--but who knows if you'll be that lucky?! Keep your emails, receipts, and, upon returning--which I'm sure you will--make sure that you have insurance and tracking receipts that cannot be refuted! Better yet, pay through a service that assures you are protected against fraud, because that's what this company is--fraudulent!
